Ramya goes international

The heartthrob of Kannada filmdom actress Ramya has signed for a 10 minutes short film on world awareness on HIV-AIDS for Bill Gates Foundation. Ramya is appearing in five scenes with great actor like Kamal Hassan and others. Meera Nair of Hindi films is in charge of this project while Santosh Shivan is the man directing this prestigious project of Ramya. I am not charging any remuneration for this assignment Ramya clarified.

Ramya the most successful heroine of Kannada cinema received applaud from an intelligent and shrewd director T.N.Seetharam on the sets of her film 'Meera Madhava Raghava' (MMR) at the Sankey Tank muhurut spot on the Sankranthi Day. Karnataka Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy flagged off this film while Smt.Parvathamma Rajkumar and trailblazer Ravichandran also took part in this muhurut function.

Ramya sitting pretty with series of successful films has signed another Tamil film with actor Suriya. This is 'Vaaranam Aayiram' (man with strength of 1000 elephants). After completing the Kannada project 'MMR' she is taking part in the Tamil film. Soon after finishing this assignment Ramya is playing a lead in 'Bagina' directed by 'Nenapirali' fame director Rathnaja that is produced by national acclaim music director Hamsalekha.

Reacting to her role in 'Meera Madhava Raghava' Ramya disclosed that the audience would stand up and give a clap in the theatre for one dialogue I am going to say in the climax. She has immensely liked the strength of the woman director TNS has portrayed in the film. The role is very close to my heart Ramya answered for a question.
