Ramya with serial number 420 made big news but the fans of Ramya alias Divya Spandana waited at ward No 10 of booth in Vidyanagar in Mandya for the whole day. She did not turn up. The house which Ramya purchased after becoming Member of Parliament at Vidyanagar was locked.
