This is a tribute to late Shanker Nag on the 20th death anniversary of great actor and director. The first four minutes of the film Nagshekhar dedicate to Shanker Nag. The film is a happening between evening 5 pm and early morning 5 am. Rain is the major element for this film. The incident happened in between 1996 and 2000 is the base for Nagshekhar.
