Ramesh P Pillai the distributor of blockbuster hits 'Baahubali', 'Aranmani' , 'Aranmanai 2' and 'Chennai 600028 2' has forayed into film production under his banner Abishek Films. He has announced a lineup of four exciting projects with top actors and directors. The first venture is untitled for now starring G.V. Prakash Kumar and Siddharth and directed by Sasi who gave the super hit 'Pichaikaaran' starring Vijay Antony. The team has completed two schedules of shooting and are onto the third in Chennai now.

The second project of Abhishek Films is the Telugu remake of the Tamil sleeper hit 'Sathuranga Vettai' directed by H. Vinod titled 'Bluff Master' starring Sathyadev and Nanditha Shwetha. The third film will be directed by Adhik Ravichandran for which the cast and crew have not been finalized yet.

The fourth project that Ramesh P Pillai is bankrolling is the Tamil remake of the Telugu super hit 'Anando Brahma' that had Tapsee Pannu as the lead heroine with a host of comedy actors. The title and the cast and crew are being finalized for the Tamil version and will be announced soon. Thats a great beginning for this new production house which looks all set to make a big mark in Tamil and South Indian cinema.
