Veteran actor Ramesh Aravind who is one of the leading heroes in Kannada cinema iis also well known in Kollywood having made his Tamil cinema debut with the film 'Manathil Uruthi Vendu' directed by K Balachander. Since then he has acted in many films including 'Vasantha Kaala Paravai', 'Puthiya Thendral', 'Duet', 'Chinna Pulla', 'Sathi Leelavathi' and 'Paattu Vaathiyar'.

After several years Ramesh Aravind returned as the director of the critically acclaimed 2015 film 'Uthama Villain'. He is now concentrating in Kannada films. On the personal front the 57 year old actor is married to Archana since 1996. The couple has a daughter, Nikarika, and a son, Arjun.

Niharika recently got married to Akshay and the couple are residing in Bengaluru. Meanwhile photos of Niharika with her dad have gone viral on the internet. Fans are commenting that she looks prettier than film actresses and wonder why she did not choose the profession.
