Rambha with Kalabhavan Mani

Rambha is playing the lead opposite Kalabhavan Mani.The film which they are coming together is Mohan Kuplery's movie Paayum Puli. Rambha who has been not so busy with films in the recent times has appeared earlier in a few hits in Malayalam like Chambakkulam Thachan,Chronic Bachelor, Kochi Rajavu and Siddhartha.

The actress who debuted into filmdom with the Hariharan film Sargam then was named as Amritha.

Later when she made it big with Tamil films, she changed her name to Rambha and then became the most sought-after heroine of the South.

Others in the cast in the film Paayum Puli include Sukumary, Jagathy, Cochin Haneefa and Vijayaraghavan. J Palassery has penned the script and the shooting is expected to start by next month at Palakkad.
