Amidst a lot of controversies, actor Dileep's much-anticipated movie 'Ramaleela' is all set to hit the big screen tomorrow, September 28th. Ever since the release date of Dileep's Ramaleela was announced, there have been different opinions for and against the film. While one side of the audiences are running campaigns to boycott the film, saying that they wouldn't watch the film of someone who has been accused of rape, many others are of the opinion that a film should be treated as a film.  Amidst all these controversies, the advance booking for the movie has already started and the bookings are going on in full swing. Film trade analysts predict that the movie is expected to ring good cash on its initial day.

Directed by Arun Gopy, Ramaleela is a political thriller featuring Dileep and Prayaga Martin in the lead roles. In the movie, Dileep plays the role of a non-practicing lawyer, a common man who one day becomes an MLA named, Ramanunni. Set in the backdrop of political affairs, 'Ramaleela' has Prayaga Martin in the female lead along with Raadhika Sarathkumar playing the role of Dileep's mother. 

The movie also has a large cast that includes Mukesh, Salim Kumar, Siddique, Vijayaraghavan, Suresh Krishna, Renji Panicker and Kalabhavan Shajon in pivotal roles. Scripted by Sachi, the movie's editing is handled by Vivek Harshan and camera by Shaji Kumar. Produced by Pulimurugan fame Tommichan Mulakupadam, this big-budget movie has music by Gopi Sunder.
