Ever since she forayed into making her own film, actress Rambha has been lurching from difficulty to another.
The film bombed, leaving her neck deep in debts.
And slowly film offers too stopped coming in Tamil.
So she started looking elsewhere. Kannada stepped into the breach and she did Kannada version of Muthu starring Ravichandran and Vishnuvardhan.
Rambha played the role that Meena played in Tamil and the film is said to be a hit.
Meanwhile, the news is Rambha is now playing a heroine in a Bengali movie. The movie stars Mithun Chakravarthy in the lead role. Interestingly, the Bengali movie is a remake of Tamil movie Arul starring Vikram and directed by Hari.
