Rama Dhanya audio comes

The first biggest film for handsome and talented actor Yashas Soorya ‘Rama Dhanya’ and newcomer Nimika Rathnakar is waiting for perfect time for release as the post productions are in brisk progress. On Tuesday evening at Chamundesware Studio the audio CD, trailer of the film and three songs of the film were screened to a crowded gathering.
‘Rama Dhanya’ is the contribution of Sri Kanaka Dasaru. The stage play of this in Kannada by Roopantara team headed by KSDL Chandru seen 75 plus shows. The same is transformed for big screen by director TN Nagesh. Basavaraj Sooleripalya has lent the dialogues for this film.
This is the film for actor Yashas Soorya very challenging. He is seen as a modern youth, Sri Rama and Sri Kanaka Dasa in one film. Nimika Rathnakar also has three shades of modern girl, Seetha Devi and Kanaka wife.
The untold fact of Sri Kanaka Dasa was a valiant personality of 16th century is seen in this film ‘Rama Dhanya’. Katha Chikkanna, director of Sri Kanaka Dasa Foundation released audio CD of the film and explained different stages of Sri Kanaka Dasa and his significance to the crowded gathering.
Director TN Nagesh explained how this film cropped up in his mind. It was his son who first brought the idea to his father after watching the stage play. Later Nagesh wanted to do it in small budget but one by one producer got added to his team. It is ten producers – Venkatesh, Jambanna, Santosh, Anil Kumar, Govindaraj, Mallesh, Rajashekar, Mahantesh and others in the team of producers. He sought the help of learned Basavaraja Sooleripalya for dialogues and Hamsalekha shishya Desi Mohan for music and Benaka Raju as cameraman on board. In fifty days Nagesh completed shooting and the film is at post production house.
Four poems of Sri Kanakadaasa and Sri Purandaradasa are utilized with one romantic number from Dr V Nagendra Prasad. Dr V Nagendra Prasad was immensely happy because his name is in the list of giants like Kanaka and Purandara Daasa.
Yashas Soorya is having happiness and feels one should be lucky to get such a triple shade in one film. Sri Rama, Sri Kanaka and modern outfit makes him feel ‘Punyavantha’. Director Nagesh has taken up the big challenge to make this film observed Yashas Soorya.
Nimika Rathnakar was felling proud when Seetha Mathe role was her first. In the modern role she is arrogant. Like how alphabets are taught in schools, director Nagesh taught me acting she stated.
