Eat food, not chemicals. The one delivering this 'organic' message in 'Rama Banam' is played by Jagapathi Babu. After playing notoriously malicious and malevolent businessmen in umpteen films, the senior actor is now espousing scriptures for a change.

Just as Jr NTR's environmentalism in 'Janatha Garage' required Jr NTR's physical ruthlessness, the 'Eat organic food' message needs to be defended by a Terminator of a brother. And the heroic brother is played by Gopichand aka Rama's Lakshmana, who essays a 'Seetimaarr' role with panache.

Enter the villain, played by Tarun Raj Arora, the mandatory evil who wants to reform the good guys who live for others.

Dimple Hayathi offers glamorous relief, while comedy is offered by Vennela Kishore (in a feminine role), Satya, Getup Srinu and others. Nasser, Shubalekha Sudhakar, Sachin Khedekar, Kasi Vishwanath, Ali, and Saptagiri will also be seen.

With music by Mickey J Meyer and cinematography by Vetri Palani Swamy, its story has been written by Bhupathi Raja and dialogues written by Madhusudan Padamati.
