The long lasting dream of famous action director in Kannada and other language films Ram Shetty to direct a film has materialized. He has put in 40 years of service. He made a beginning in Oriya language films and went on to conquer the hearts through his chilling actions in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and other languages.

Ram Shetty hailing from Mangalore settled down in Mumbai is directing a Tulu film 'Bangardha Kural'. He is also handling the stunts in this film besides directing it. He has produced two Tulu language films earlier – 'Darad Seere' and 'Badkar Budle'.

For his new film 'Bangardh Kural' Ram Shetty is releasing on Karavali, Mumbai, Dubai countries where the Tulu population is more. This is about two family's story. It has comedy, music, Karavali belt culture and action.

Ram Shetty son Anand Ram Shetty is playing villain in this film. Bojpuri actress Paki Hegde is heroine of this film. V Manohar has scored the music director.
