Ram Pothineni has been busy shooting for 'Red', the Telugu remake of the Tamil-language thriller 'Thadam'. The news is that the Summer release has wrapped up its Italy schedule, in which two songs were shot.

The makers say that the songs have shaped up beautifully. "One of them was filmed at Dolomites Mountain Range," they add, further saying that Red's final schedule will take place in Hyderabad.

Bankrolled by Sravanthi Ravikishore and the film has 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' and 'Chitralahari' actress Nivetha Pethuraj and Malavika Sharma as the heroines. Melody Brahma Mani Sharma is on board to compose music. Cinematography is by Sameer Reddy. After ‘Nenu Sailaja’ and ‘Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi’, this is the third collaboration between Ram and director Kishore Tirumala.

The thriller is scheduled to hit the screens on April 9.
