Ram
Nitin is certainly one of the bright prospects in the Telugu industry. Right from his Jayam days, there has been an unmistakable spark in him. The boyish charmed actor may not had the kind of success he might have looked for in recent times. But Nitin is too talented and equipped to let a couple of failures to upset him.
And Ram, his new movie promises aplenty. Director Shankar also hopes to deliver on them. He is very sure about the kind of film he wants to make. `It will be a full-fledged entertainer,' he says. And when he says that it is not a boring cliche but just statement of fact.
In Nitin, Shankar has got a hero who is willing to go to any lengths to get a shot ready. `He is a committed professional and it has been a pleasure to work with him,' says the director appreciatively.
Ram, in many ways, will be a battering ram, as it will have plenty of action sequences and good humor.
While Nitin is the obvious cynosure, the young girls Genelia and Hrishita Bhatt will provide sight for sore eyes.
Genelia, after the success of Happy, is a heroine on the move. Genelia and Nitin pairing will be interesting. In fact both have a quaint attraction to their personalities and that will doubtless work on the masses.
Hrishita Bhatt, the model turned actress, is another impressive import from Mumbai. She has a pretty pout and talent to carry with insouciance her chiseled body.
Nitin's father Sudhakar Reddy is producing the film. He need not worry.
On the face of it, the son does not look like failing the dad.
