Sri Reddy has become a raging sensation in the neighbouring Andhra and Telangana states after her Sri Reddy Leaks through which she alleges that  various film personalities like Abhiram Daggubati, Kona Venkat and Viva Harsha among others have sexually exploited her.

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has taken to social media and has praised Sri Reddy as "Casting couch existed ever since the advent of Cinema a 100 years back ..Not getting into individual allegations Sri Reddy has drawn more attention to the evils of Casting Couch than anyone in the last 100 years and I salute her for that"

RGV has added "Those who thought Sri Reddy was wrong in stripping can’t deny,its only that shock which woke up both national and international communities ..Sri Reddy’s mother should be proud of what her daughter achieved for film industry in general and aspiring actresses in particular"

Earlier on the 10th of April Sri Reddy had posted a pic of her with RGV with the text "My sweet memory with RGV sir..god is me,sex is ma,truth is rgv..just a joke"
