Samantha Prabhu and Naag Chaitanya's divorce has become a hot topic of debates recently. Many stars and influencers have shared their two cents on the matter and on divorces in general. Couple days ago, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma also shared his blunt and unorthodox opinion on divorces. He claimed that divorces are more appropriate for celebration than marriages.

He shared a series of tweets describing his unusual yet thoughtful take on divorces. He wrote, "DIVORCE should be more celebrated than MARRIAGE because in marriage, you don’t know what you are getting into, whereas in divorce you are getting out of what you have gotten into." In his next tweet, he wrote. “MARRIAGES are made in HELL and DIVORCES are made in HEAVEN."

RGV concluded by calling out unnecessarily long wedding ceremonies. He wrote, “Most marriages don’t last more than even the no. of days they celebrate the event, and so real sangeet should happen at a DIVORCE event where all divorced men and women can sing and dance."
