No wonder he is treading a cautious path when it comes to signing his next—even dropping Thadam remake, which Kishore Tirumala was working on for him. While some reports earlier claimed that he is looking at mass entertainers to consolidate on his market further, it is far from true—at least going by whose story he was narrated recently.

Sources say director Sreekanth Addala recently met the actor along with producer Bunny Vaas and pitched him the story of Kuchipudi Vari Veedhi, a family entertainer. Yes, it’s the same story that the director has been toying to make for the past couple of years with little success.

Ram liked the content but he told Addala, who hasn’t had a release since the past four years, to give him some time before making up his mind. The director had no issues as such. If indeed the actor says yes, it would be the first time that he would be collaborating with Geetha Arts.
