Ram Charan has been interviewed by a US-based media house. In his latest interview, the versatile pan-India star said that he is so excited ahead of Sunday's 95th Academy Awards ceremony. The 'Rangasthalam' actor mentioned the names of two actors in this regard.
"I don't know if I will ever be ready for the Oscars. I am so nervous and so excited. I don't know if I will be there as an actor or as a fanboy. I am excited to watch everybody who I grew up watching," the Mega Power Star said, adding that he is kicked about bumping into Cate Blanchett and Tom Cruise. Cate, the Australian female actor, is known for landmark movies such as 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy (2001–2003) and 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' (2008).
Describing Hollywood/Los Angeles as the Mecca of cinema, Charan added that 'RRR' is an example that good cinema doesn't have a language. "I am so proud and happy that my director, SS Rajamouli, made me a part of such a movement," Charan added.
The actor and his wife, Upasana, have gone on a babymoon during their America tour.
