Ram Charan takes to Ayyappa deeksha

Actor Ram Charan has taken to Ayyappa deeksha. Walking in the footsteps of his father, Chiranjeevi, the young actor has taken to it and will pay a pilgrimage to Sabarimala at the end of the deeksha period.
It may be noted that Ayyappa Swamy is one of the favourite deities of Chiranjeevi. Charan, who will enter into wedlock soon, seems to have wanted to pay obeisance to the deity too.
This is the first time that Cherry is seen wearing his devotion on his sleeves. We have never known his spiritual side in the past.
Among the young crop of actors, it is not commonplace to see them undertaking deekshas that demand discipline.
