It is known that the song 'Naatu Naatu' was shot at the Mariinsky Palace in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was shot three months before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In his latest interview, Ram Charan revealed that he loved the country and its culture so much that he wanted to go back there again as a tourist after everything was over. But then, it has become a war-torn country now.
"Thanks to the song, I discovered that Ukraine is one of the most beautiful places and experiences I had. I wanted to take time and go there as a tourist again. We shot the song at the Mariinsky Palace for over 15 days and after 7 days of rehearsals. It's one of the most difficult songs we ever shot," he told ABC News.
In the interview, the 'Rangasthalam' actor also said that 'Naatu Naatu' winning an Oscar award would be an achievement for the Indian film industry. "More than an achievement, it will make us more responsible," he added, hoping that it won't be a one-off thing for India.
