Mega Powerstar Ram Charan, Surender Reddy, and ace producer Allu Aravind have today officially launched their film. As is known, it's a remake of the Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan. Ram Charan essays the role of a powerful cop, while Aravind Swamy reprises himself here; Swamy played the role of a criminal scientist in the original.

Rakul Preet Singh has been zeroed in to play the love interest of Ram Charan in this action-thriller.

When Charan and Allu Aravind came together the last time, it created history (read Magadheera in 2009). Naturally, the expectations from this film are high. Just as Rajamouli was going strong even then, so also Surendar Reddy now.

The yet-to-be-titled film (Dhruva is the working title though) was launched in Geetha Arts office. The regular shooting of this film will begin from February 22. Hip Hop Adi (Hip Hop Tamizha0) is scoring the music.

Nasser and Posani Krishna Murali are playing important roles here. Cinematography is by Aseem Mishra. Art direction is by Nagendra. Editing is by Naveen Nooli.
