Ram Charan's next venture, RC16, has created a buzz among cinephiles since its inception. The project is a prestigious collaboration between Charan and renowned director Buchi Babu Sana, who made a mark with his critically acclaimed debut film, "Uppena."
The film is bankrolled by Venkata Satish Kilaru's Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. Kilaru, known for his unwavering passion for cinema, made a bold decision to venture into film production with RC16, a high-profile project that boasts an internationally acclaimed team.
The much-anticipated launch of RC16 unfolded amidst a galaxy of stars from the Telugu film industry. The presence of Mega Star Chiranjeevi, directors Shankar and Sukumar, and leading producers Allu Aravind, Dil Raju, and Boney Kapoor added immense value to the occasion.
The event commenced with a traditional puja ceremony, where producer Allu Aravind handed the bound script to director Buchi Babu Sana. Subsequently, Shankar, who is helming Ram Charan's "Game Changer," directed the first shot of Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. The camera was turned on by Boney Kapoor and Anmol Sharma, while Chiranjeevi sounded the clapboard, setting the project in motion.

Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman makes a triumphant return to Tollywood after two decades by composing the music for RC16. His collaboration with director Buchi Babu Sana is a testament to the latter's passion for cinema and his willingness to push boundaries. Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of legendary actress Sridevi, plays the female lead in RC16.
