Ram Pothineni has indirectly hit out at those having moral complaints about what has been depicted in 'iSmart Shankar'.  Taking to Twitter, the actor today said that the film tells the story of a problematic character and there is nothing more to it.  He also fell back on the old argument that nobody complains when the hero kills people in a film but have a problem with 'lesser' sins.  

"Hero helmet pettukoledhu, hero smoke chestunnadu, hero ammailaki respect ivvatledhu, entha sepu ivve gaani.. Akkada hero addamochinavaalani champestunaadu..ani okkallu kuda complain cheyadam ledhu.. No value for life! SAD! #iSmartShankar - “A” Badass fictional character.  Gidhi Cinema ra bhai...Scene chudandi..Scene cheyakandi," Ram tweeted out, speaking in the lingo of his character.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the mass sci-fi has become a major hit in the domestic market.
