Rakul Preet's difficulties with 'kallu'

Rakul Preet Singh had some not-so-funny hardships with the word 'Kallu' while shooting for 'SPYder'.
Since the Mahesh Babu film is a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual, everything was shot twice. Not just the scenes, but even the songs. Rakul reveals that shooting for the scenes was less difficult compared to shooting for the songs. It's because the lyrics in the two versions have different contexts at times and so, as per the meaning of the words, dance moves change in Telugu and Tamil.
Quoting an example, the actress refers to the word 'Kallu' in a song. The word means eyes in Telugu, while in Tamil, it means smile. So, the steps are different for the same word/line in the two versions. Imagine the difficulty. Both Rakul and Mahesh have done it with perseverance.
AR Murugadoss has said that Rakul was the first choice as she knows Telugu and Tamil. As for Mahesh, he says that the film would have taken longer to complete had it not been for Rakul's flair with the two languages.
