Rakul Preet Singh has condemned a not-so-pleasant rumour about her. A media portal on Friday reported that her reluctance to shoot amid the Covid-19 scare is making her look unprofessional in the eyes of producers and directors. The 'Dhruva' actress immediately hit out at the gossip in strong words.

"When will we have responsible journalism. When will the media start checking facts? Stooping so low just for some extra hits? Please tell me who is starting the shoot and where because I am dying to work," the actress tweeted, plugging the gossip item that alleged that she has been refusing to join the shoot of the Tamil movie 'Ayaalan'.

The 'Manmadhudu-2' and 'Marjaavan' actress is doing 'Indian-2', the Kamal Haasan-Shankar outing, in Tamil and Telugu. Apart from this, the 'Nannaku Prematho' beauty is associated with a couple of small-time projects.
