Rakul-ku prematho, gifting herself!

Rakul Preet Singh is gifting herself something big. The ace heroine of Tollywood, who has recently bagged films opposite Allu Arjun and Ram Charan after sizzling the scren opposite Young Tiger NTR, is planning to buy a palatial house as she has plans to shift to permanently settle down in Hyderabad.

The Delhi-born damsel finds Hyderabad a cool place to settle down in. Recently, she kick-started her business plans by owning F45, a gym at Gacchibowli. She is going great like Pranitha Subhash is in Bengaluru where she owns a pub along with her partners.

Rakul further plans to own a building at Jubilee Hill's Lotus Pond. The budget she has earmarked for it is Rs. 3 cr.

Well, year 2016 is going to be Rakul's best year, as she will have three massive releases and a palatial house of her own!
