Already we had seen ‘3 Idiots’ in Hindi a runaway hit and repeated in television channel for innumerable times. Now ‘Kirik Party’ super hit Kannada cinema with different format and college campus story top grosser is entering the Hindi market via remake.

Rakshit Shetty and Rishab Shetty combination with two heroines Rashmika Mandanna and Samyuktha Hegde rocked all over. It is in Hindi version in a few months time. Already Rakshit Shetty, Ananthnag and Shruthi Hariharan starring ‘Godibanna Sadarana Maikattu’ is made in Hindi. This is one more feather in the cap of Rakshit Shetty.

VL Productions acquired rights for remake of the film. Prakash Rai acquired rights of Telugu and Tamil remake rights. The Hindi remake right was in the hands of Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah. He has given the right for a good price.

With this producer Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah two films ‘Godi Banna Sadarana Maikattu and Kirik Party’ are remade in Hindi. He is now with third project ‘Avane Sriman Narayana’ = second schedule of shooting. A huge set to look like 80’s feel is made at Kanteerava Studio – a pub, song, action blocks are shot in this location.
