Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has issued a strong diktat on both his new actors, Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher that they will not come out in the open at all before the release of the film. The director is very keen that they do not speak to the media at all discussing their respective characters or the experience of shooting the film prior.

We were told that Mehra wants the audiences to watch them on screen directly. It is a conscious decision taken by the director to maintain the curiosity and intrigue around both of them. The director called for an urgent meeting to discuss the same with the entire team including Harsh and Saiyami who are adhering to their mentor`s orders.

The trailer of the film has garnered a lot of love and appreciation from everyone who are now waiting for the release. 'Mirzya', that releases on 7th Oct is Rakeysh Mehra`s next after 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' and also his first love story.
