Superstar Hrithik Roshan holds the unique distinction of being the star of Bollywood's only successful superhero franchise. His 'Krrish' movies are basically a part of our pop culture and since last couple years, there have been several reports and rumors about the next installment of the franchise. On the ocassion of his 48th birthday on Monday, Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan shared an update on 'Krrish 4'.

The filmmaker told TOI, "I am waiting for the pandemic to get over. It should settle down this year. The film that we are planning is huge. I don’t want it to get stuck. As it is, the business of films has been badly affected. So, I don’t want to jump into it. I usually spend the weekends in Lonavala. The weather is beautiful there. There’s no pollution and it’s peaceful."

Apart from this Hrithik is currently working on the 'Vikram Vedha' remake and he is also going to star in Sidharth Anand's 'Fighter' alongside Deepika Padukone.
