Jabardasth fame Getup Srinu, affectionately dubbed the small-screen Kamal Haasan, is poised to make his debut as a leading actor in the much-anticipated wholesome entertainer “Raju Yadav,” marking the directorial debut of Krishnamachary. K. Prashant Reddy and Rajesh Kallepalli join forces to produce this cinematic venture under the banners of Sai Varunavi Creations and Charisma Dreams Entertainment. Struck by a cricket ball, he loses the ability to control his facial muscles, perpetually sporting a smile that becomes both a blessing and a curse. As he grapples with the repercussions of his condition, including the need for a costly operation, Raju Yadav relocates to Hyderabad and takes up a job as a cab driver in a bid to secure the necessary funds. Getup Srinu shines in the titular role, effortlessly navigating the highs and lows of his character’s journey, while Ankita Kharat delivers a compelling performance as the female lead.
