Raju Sundaram, son of dance master Sundaram and brother of choreographer turned director Prabhu Deva, has come a long way.

A busy choreographer-actor and a director now, Raju Sundaram is a shrewd film personality, who lets his work do the talking. A sought-after choreographer in Tamil and Telugu filmdom, Raju Sundaram, winner of several awards for his choreography, is now directing Dhanush for a film Parattai Engira Azhagu Sundaram.

On his choreography, he says, 'I feel that expressions and feel is more important while choreographing the song than the body movements in terms of steps. The songs choreographed with right expressions would look fresh even if you watch the song after five years. But the songs composed with just steps would be ignored by the public in no time.'

Let's wish the debutant director all success in his new role behind the camera.
