Last year director Raju Murugan delivered 'Joker' which was one of the highly acclaimed social awareness films of recent times. Apart from that he also penned the dialogues for the Karthi-Nagarjuna starrer super hit flick 'Thozha', the Tamil remake of the French flick 'The Intouchables'.

Now the journalist cum writer cum filmmaker has teamed up with director Aishwarya Dhanush for the latter's biopic on Paralympic Gold Medal winner Mariyappan.

The first official announcement about the film came on the New Year's Day of 2017. The official poster carried the name of Raju Murugan.

Now it has been confirmed that Raju Murugan will be penning the dialogues for this film directed by Aishwarya.

The hard-hitting dialogues explaining the plight of downtrodden people even in this digital era was one of the biggest highlights of 'Joker'. We can be assured that Raju Murugan's lines will be a major attraction for Mariyappan's biopic.
