The winners of the 64th National Film Awards are being announced now.

Here is the first good news for Tamil movie buffs. 2016's critically acclaimed blockbuster film 'Joker' has won the National Award for the Best Tamil Film under the awards for Regional Films category.

'Joker' directed by Raju Murugan is hailed as one of the best ever social satire films ever made in Tamil cinema and a national recognition is a fitting tribute for the each and every member of the team which made this film with a great message.
