Raju Murugan teams up with this talented hero

Acclaimed director Raju Murugan will be teaming up with talented actor Jiiva for the first time. The film has been titled as 'Gypsy' and it will be a commercial entertainer with social consciousness. 'Gypsy' will be producedby S.Ambedkumar of Olympia Movies which has produced films like 'Desingu Raja' and 'Manam Kothi Paravai'. The film will be shot across various parts of the country.
Raju Murugan's debuted as a director with 'Cuckoo' which was a heart melting love story. His second film 'Joker' was a social satire that focused on the lack of toilets in village households. Apart from being a critically acclaimed super hit. The film also fetched the National award for the Best Tamil Films.
