Contrary to reports suggesting that Superstar Rajnikanth’s next film after Kochadiiyaan, to be directed by K.S.Ravilkumar will go on floors on April 20, sources close to the team confirm that the project is indeed on cards but it will take time for the official launch. They also ave,r in all probabilities the Rajni-Ravikumar project is expected to go on floors only in May.

Meanwhile, sources have confirmed that both Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha have been approached to play the heroine roles opposite the superstar in the film. Both the lasses are willing to take up the offer but dates may be a problem. They have allocated the dates since they are already busy with their commitments for other films. So they will have to work on rescheduling the dates if they have to join the Superstar film on the expected time. So the actresses will officially sign for the film only if they can reschedule their dates.
