Superstar Rajnikanth who had scored a hit this Pongal with the Karthik Subbaraj directorial Petta, has now moved on to the shoot of his 167th movie Darbar, directed by AR Murugadoss. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie has begun shooting in Mumbai, before 2 days.
In such a situation, yesterday a photo of Superstar Rajnikanth and director Vignesh Shivn, reportedly from the sets of Darbar has turned viral, and fans of Superstar have started speculating that he might team up with Vignesh Shivn for a comedy entertainer next. It has been decades since Rajnikanth had starred in a full length comedy like Thillu Mullu.
