Popular actor reveals missing opportunity to direct Rajnikanth movie!

Superstar Rajnikanth's Kabali directed by Pa Ranjith was released on July 22, before 4 years, and yesterday fans of the actor celebrated the release anniversary with special tributes on social media and sharing their favourite moments in the movie.

On the occasion, actor John Vijay who played an important role in Kabali has revealed few interesting details in a recent interview. John Vijay revealed that he had initially wanted to direct movies and had met Rajnikanth even before becoming actor.

John Vijay had narrated a story named Kathirvelan to Rajnikanth and it was a double hero subject which was liked by the actor. However, the project didn't take off. John Vijay further revealed that during Baba shooting, John Vijay had met Rajni, wearing a pyjama and head band (Bandana) and Rajnikanth got his pyjama and bandana and sported the same look in Baba.
