Rajnikant strikes deal over story rights

Rajnikant sports a french beard and a pony tail in Chandramukhi in some scenes says insiders. Despite disputes about the story right the filmÂs shooting is in full progress. Swargachitra Appachan who sold the story rights of Manichitrathazhu has solved the dispute problem by settling the writerÂs and directorÂs claim. Instead Rajnikant has agreed to act in a film produced by Appachan. Appachan claims that the Superstar would be doing a dual role in the film. The other details are kept a secret. But Kodambakkam sources say that the next film is for Editor Mohan the producer of Jeyam and M Kumaran. His son Raja has narrated a story which the Superstar liked but some say it is a remake film. Anyway with brisk shooting Chandramukhi is racing towards completion.
On the home front Rajni and Latha have started looking into the proposals for their second daughter Soundarya fondly called Mitu. Rajni felt that he has to finish his fatherly duties. In the case of Aishwarya the parents had fixed an alliance with a US based doctor and son of RajniÂs friend in Bangalore but Aishwarya upset their plans by announcing her love for Dhanush. On Pongal day Rajni and wife had lunch at DhanushÂs Nandambakkam house with the newlyweds.
