Following the super hit status of 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns', director Rajkumar Hirani has planned something for the film's lead hero, R.Madhavan.

It's a well known fact that the filmmaker is known to be very close to his actors and treats them like family. We were told that Hirani was very impressed with Madhavan's performance in 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' and has planned a much deserved celebration for him.

According to our sources, the celebration will take place at Hirani's home and the director has invited all their common friends to be a part of the celebration. Confirmed Hirani, "My actors are like family to me. Be it Sanjay, Aamir or Madhavan. I am very happy for Madhavan's success and have planned a celebration for him. He deserves his share of praise for a phenomenal portrayal of his character."

Both the director and the actor have worked together in '3 idiots' earlier and Madhavan will next be seen in his second production after 'PK', 'Saala Khadoos'.
