Like in the adjacent state Andhra Pradesh, in Karnataka the Kannada film industry is participating in the T20 cricket tournament on July 25 to raise funds for the Kannada Film Dancers Association.

It is ‘Rajakumar Cup’ T20 style cricket tournament for which the rehearsal is going on in Central College grounds in Bangalore. Crazy star V Ravichandran, Shivarajakumar, Darshan, Sudeep, Vijay, Ganesh and other top heroes and heroine of Kannada cinema are part of this event.

A cultural program in the evening after the contest will take place. The winners will be presented the trophy and collected funds would be distributed to Dancers Association as welfare fund.

On Sunday actor Diganth, Ajith, Tarun, Tarun Sudhir, Chetan, Anaji Nagaraj, Sathya, Dinesh Baboo, Shivaprabhu, Murali Mohan, Ba Ma Harish and other technicians were seen at the net practice.

The Airtel sponsored cricket tournament in Hyderabad collected a huge amount it was known from Prakash Raj. Almost all top actors and technicians took part in the event. Kannada actors Charanraj and Prakash Raj were the umpires for the event in Hyderabad.
