Rajini's turn to thank the Government for honoring Sivaji

Amid widespread appreciation for the Tamil Nadu Government's announcement on building a monument for the Godfather of actors Sivaji Ganesan, Superstar Rajinikanth has taken to twitter to thank the Government for according such a marvelous tribute to his industry senior.

In his latest tweet entered in Tamil language, the Superstar said “I wholeheartedly thank and appreciate the Tamil Nadu Government for coming forward to build a monument for the revered Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan”.

It is worth remembering that Sivaji and Rajini have acted together in quite a few films and the most memorable among them were Naan Vazha Vaippen' and Padikkadhavan' in which the duo acted as brothers.
