On Sunday, raw footage featuring Rajinikanth and an unknown artiste in a fighting sequence found its way into the Internet. Going by the Superstar's look, it's inferred that the footage is from 'Kaala'.

In the 38-second video clip, Rajini is seen fighting off a baddie as he is attacked with a rod. It's probably unedited and raw.

'Kaala', also starring Nana Patekar and Hima Qureshi, is directed by Pa.Ranjith. Contrary too all expectations, it's releasing on April 27, a date on which '2.0' was supposed to come.
