The Tamil Nadu State Government has fixed the rates at which the film tickets can be sold and any violation on this is a punishable crime. However when films of A list stars get released most of the tickets are sold through the black market. At times this happens with the connivance of all parties legally involved in film business as they could share the extra amount received by selling the tickets in black rate and that will also not come under the tax bracket. Most of the times tickets purchased in the name of Fan Clubs of the lead star of the film are sold in black rates This has been a continuing menace in the Tamil film industry which has not evoked any action from the Police or the state government.

Now for the first time ever none other than our Superstar Rajinikanth has sent a message in which he has strongly warned against those planning to sell the tickets of his upcoming film '2.0' for illegally exorbitant rates. This comes in the form of a letter from R.Sudhakar, the Executive of Rajini Akila India Rajini Rasikar Mandram.

In the letter of Sudhakar, Thalaivar has sent this stern warning to his Fan clubs. He has said the tickets purchased for Rasigar Mandrams should not be sold to anyone outsider and even the fan club members should not be charge a penny more than the ticket rates fixed by the Government.

This is a laudable step coming from none other than the top and senior most star of Tamil film industry to curb the black tickets. We hope the other star heroes also follow suit/ A direct message from them will serve the purpose as tickets are sold in black only to cash in on fans' mad rush to watch their films on first day.

Meanwhile '2.0' directed by Shankar with Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar in lead roles is all set to hit the screens on November 29, 2018.
