Following his impressive entry into politics, Superstar Rajinikanth has started enlisting members for his soon-to-be-launched party. On Monday, Rajinikanth launched a website and an android app named Rajini Mandram as his first major political move. People can register in the app and be a part of 'fight against corruption' as he had earlier invited his fans and followers.
However, in the meantime, a video has found its way into social media. It features Rajini meeting with the head of Ramakrishna Math's Mylapore branch. In the video, the head, identified as Swami Gautamanandji, is seen interacting with the superstar.
At the end of the video, a saint clad in saffron robes is seen approvingly saying to Gautamanandji that Rajini's politics will be spiritual, not secular. "He has openly said spirituality must be part of politics, not the so-called secularism," he says as Rajini smiles courteously.
