Breaking: Keerthy Suresh joins Rajini’s Thalaivar 168

While waiting for the release of his upcoming movie Darbar, directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Superstar Rajinikanth is simultaneously prepping for his next movie, the untitled ‘Thalaivar 168,’ directed by Siva.

Based on recent reports, rumours were doing the rounds that actress Khushbu or Meena will be roped in to play the female lead in the movie. However, ‘Nadigayar Thilagam’ actress Keerthy Suresh has confirmed that she will be sharing space with Superstar Rajinikanth in the movie. “Extremely happy to announce this magical milestone in my journey. From being awestruck of @rajinikanth sir to sharing screen space with him will be my most cherished memory in my life. Thank you @directorsiva sir @sunpictures,” Keerthy’s post on Twitter read.

Produced by Sun Pictures, Thalaivar 168 will have music scored by D.Imman, who will be collaborating with Rajinikanth for the first time ever.  The makers recently announced that actor Soori had come on board Thalaivar 168. Official updates regarding the complete cast and crew of the movie are expected soon.
