Rajinikanth appoints new Makkal Mandram secretary from the cine field

Rajinikanth has appointed Raju Mahalingam as the new secretary of Rajini Makkal Mandram the political wing of the Superstar. Raju Mahalingam till late last year was the Chief of Lyca Productions and he impressed Rajini during the filming of the magnum opus '2.0' directed by Shankar.
Raju Mahalingam drawn towards Rajini's political vision resigned from his job and joined Rajini Makkal Mandram in December 2017 and has been rewarded with the top post in the political party. V.M. Sudakar would continue as the co-ordinator and with meetings going on with important fan clube members across the state from yesterday a new announcement is expected by the weekend from the Thalaivar camp.
