Superstar Rajinikanth who was shooting for his upcoming movie 'Durbar' took a break and flew down to Chennai to cast his vote at a polling booth in Gopalapuram. He was one of the first among celebrities to cast his votes.
Makkal Neethi Maiam leader Kamal Haasan who is facing his first elections cast his vote at the Corporation School premises in Alwarpet. His daughter Shruti Haasan also came along with him to exercise her democratic right.
