Rajini’s ‘Kaala’ hit the screens yesterday to an overwhelming reception from fans and the film has been garnering positve reviews as well across social media. The film is directed by Pa Ranjith of ‘Kabali’ fame and produced by Wunderbar Films.

Now the interesting update is that Mani the dog which shared screen space with the Thalaivar is being valued at Rs.2 crore! Yes, stiff competition began when folks knew that the dog was in the film alongside Rajini and then onwards the bidding was only ever rising for Rajini’s canine friend. Word is that Rajini was affectionate towards Mani during shooting and never missed to bring Mani biscuits during days when the two shared scenes.

However, the present owner Simon has revealed that no matter what people bid, he is not ready to sell the dog. Well, who would! It shared screen space with Rajinikanth people! Rajinikanth!
