As reported earlier today, Superstar Rajinikanth has been admitted to an Apollo Hospital in Rajinikanth because he has been suffering from fluctuating BP. The news is that the hospital has issued a second bulletin on Friday evening.

The update says that the actor's health has been monitored closely and medications to control his blood pressure are being carefully given. "He will remain in the hospital tonight and undergo further investigations tomorrow (Saturday). He is stable and is resting," the update says.

The bulletin added, "Family and treating doctors have requested all well-wishers to avoid visiting the hospital, as he is not being allowed to meet any visitors. His daughter (Aishwarya) is with him."

It's also learned that the Governor of Telangana called up and spoke with the doctors.
