Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, "Coolie" is an upcoming Tamil-language action thriller featuring Rajinikanth in the titular role. Pre-production activities are underway, with shooting scheduled to commence on March 20, 2025. The film's production will take place in locations across Kerala and Coimbatore. Reports suggest that the first look teaser is planned for release on Rajinikanth’s 74th birthday, December 12, 2024, building anticipation among fans.
