Superstar Rajinikanth has been meeting with his fans since December 26 while he has stated that his decision regarding political entry will be announced on December 31. Talking to fans from Madurai, Virudhunagar, Namakkal and Salem districts on the third day of the series of talks, Rajinikanth had some interesting insights to share.
“All of you have traveled great distances to come here and I can understand your enthusiasm behind it as I have also been through these as a cinema lover,” Rajinikanth addressed the fans. To drive his point home, he shared his experience about how he was an ardent fan of Rajkumar and ‘touched’ him once.
Rajinikanth however came direct to the point in the follow up saying that fans should never fall at his feet. “Obeisance is only for God, father and mother and not any one else,” he advised fans.
Interestingly, the superstar also recalled his very own visit to the temple town of Madurai sharing snippets of experiences surrounding his visit to the Meenakshi temple. The star also stated his wish to serve his fans a grand non vegetarian feast but couldn’t do so as the Raghavendra hall (venue) only conformed to vegetarianism.
